An afternoon by the sea
I'd only meant to go for a short walk. By the time I reached the end of the coastal path, the sun was almost down.

The path stopped at the rocks. I found a flat one to sit on and tipped the sand out of my shoes. Someone nearby was fishing. I watched for quite a while, but he didn't catch a thing.
The walk back was all uphill, and I started to get hungry. I still had half a bottle of water in my bag, warm from the sun.
